FemFluence is a digital products and platform-managed services marketplace. All products and services offered on this website are delivered digitally.
1. Nature of Products
All offerings on FemFluence include, but are not limited to:
- Digital products (eBooks, downloadable files, tools, utilities)
- Digital access to premium content
- Platform-managed digital services with defined scope and delivery
No physical goods are shipped.
2. No Refund Policy (Primary Rule)
Due to the digital nature of the products:
❌ All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once payment is successfully completed and access is provided.
Once a digital product or service is delivered or access is granted, it cannot be revoked or returned.
3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment was deducted but the product or service was not delivered
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Proven system or transaction failure from our side
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

- Refunds are credited back via Razorpay to the original payment source
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Users are encouraged to contact our support team before raising any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or restricted access.
